Push up Finisher

Here is a great finisher for after your workout (especially a Chest specific workout).  It will leave you with a great pump in your chest and arms.

I use a pyramid scheme, in the video beginning with 5 on each side and working my way down to one.  You can use any number of reps that you want.  I use an aerobic step in the video, but anything to have one hand supported on will work, like a medicine ball.

Do at the end of your workout to give your muscles that extra stress to tear it down.
