My Name is Kevin Fulton

I am a personal trainer in Pittsburgh, PA.  I currently train clients in-person and online.  By adding online training I have been able to give the gift of fitness and health to any one in the world.  I can give that gift to you too.  No matter if your goal is too look better naked, perform better in a sport and life, or just to introduce new healthy habits into your life, I can help.  Let's work together to get you where you want to be.

  • Time Efficient - If you have worked with a trainer before in person, you may find that you can not always get the best time for you. You are a slave to their schedule. Now you can have your own trainer and work out when it best fits your schedule, early morning, lunch time, evenings, or holidays.
  • More Cost Effective Than In-Person Training - let's face it, working with a personal trainer is a luxury. Not everyone has the room in their budget to see a personal trainer a few times a week. Even if you purchase my Top-Level online program, you will still be paying less a month, than clients who see me in-person twice a week, for that month.

  • A Program Made Specifically For You

    Each program is made after I have my consultation with you.  It is based on your goals, any limitations you may have (injuries, etc.) My goal is to get your body back in balance to make it as efficient as it can be.  This will keep you getting stronger, burning fat, building muscle, and keep you injury free.  I want you to have the mobility, stabilization, and strength that your body needs.

  • Nutritional Guidance

    If you want results, then nutrition is essential.  I will not only guide you on how much, when, and what to eat, but teach you at the same time so you feel confident and can adjust to any situation you find yourself in.  “Give a man a fish, he will eat for one day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life.”

  • E-mail/Skype/Facetime Support

    Weekly check-ins to discuss, answer questions, and plan for the upcoming weeks.  Communication is key to help me get you results.  Plus it keeps you accountable and motivated.


  • Downloadable Workouts To Take With You To The Gym

    Easy to use Google Drive that literally puts your program in the palm of your hand with the Google Drive app.  Log in to your account and record your workout on your smart phone as you go.  If old school is your preference, download and print out worksheets to record your workout on instead.

  • Easy Communication - Communication is KEY!!

    Using Google Drive we can send files back and forth.  You finish your workout, input your weights, set, reps, and any notes.  Share back with me to review.  Boom!  Having something to turn in keeps you accountable and progressing.

Video Movement Analysis

Send videos of exercises and movements for critique.  To make sure you get the most out of your workout and stay safe.  This also helps me see any limitations in movement patterns that need to be addressed with soft tissue release and stretching.

I'm a Normal Guy With a Typical Life

I live a normal life like you.  I am married and have a young son and I work long hours to support my family.  Time definitely is not on my side, most days.  Like most guys I like to hang out have a beer (or two) and be a buffalo chicken wing garbage disposal on the weekends.  I live a healthy life and work hard to hit my goals but I have fun and enjoyment in life as well.  The key is finding what works for you and your daily life.

Part of our weekly meet ups will be to discuss what is working and what is not.  No exercise program is a one size fits all answer.  Things will need to be adjusted and I will be here to help you do just that.
