I started training with Kevin about six years ago and it has been one of the smartest decisions I have ever made.I have had trainers for many years that concentrated heavily on using just weights to build strength, which was fine when I was in my 30's&40's. Now in my 50's and with some occasional shoulder and lower back issues Kevin has me on a program that involves strength building as well as flexibility, balance and cardio exercises,using multiple forms of equipment that are available at the gym. Tailored to my needs and goals,each workout with Kevin is challenging and he is great at mixing each session up with a wide variety of movements so they never feel monotonous or routine.
