Get Results While Eating the Best You Ever Have, Now!

How and what you eat can be the most important factor dictating what results you get.

Especially in the beginning.

Changing dietary habits takes a lot more than just will power.  I believe it takes knowledge, preparation, and a constant evolving plan of attack.

What do I mean by plan of attack?

Most recipes make multiple servings, so by picking out 2-3 dinners, 2 snacks, 1 breakfast, and something for lunch for the week, I basically have a fairly good amount of food for the week that is packed with protein and everything I need to pack on muscle.

He also talks about meal prepping which makes all these great meals convenient and you can pack to take with you or have ready to pop in the microwave when you get home.

I was really surprised by how many meals that I could make with food that I already  had in my fridge or cabinets and my grocery list was smaller than my previous lists.  And I was eating better!!!
