Exercise of the Week: DB Thruster

The DB Thruster is an excellent exercise to burn body fat, while increasing power.  It is a compound movement that will work not only your thighs and hips, but also your shoulders and triceps.

Since you are not isolating out one specific muscle, instead using a few, it will create more of a metabolic effect to burn more calories.

It is a great exercise that you can go heavy with or use with a lighter weight in a fast, circuit style fashion.

Whatever your goal is this is one exercise to add to your arsenal to get great results.
