#76 Know Your Eggs – Total Human Optimazation Podcast  — I know the title of this does not sound like something you want to spend half an hour of your life listening to, but it is very eye opening and educational.  I eat a ton of eggs and because of that I get the “cheap”, normal eggs.  The food industry is so screwed up. If you ever watched the documentaries “Forks over Knives”, Food Inc., etc. this podcast is in line with that.  You will definitely think twice standing in the egg section of your local grocery store.  It makes me sick to my stomach.
