Happy Sunday morning once again! I hope your past week was maaaaarvelous.  Mine was just dandy.  Enjoyed watching the Eddie Bravo Invitational 4 last night.  It’s a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament, and actually a pay-per view.  I love watching this sport grow.

I can’t wait to get into the gym this week and try some new things out.  Learning to use some new unconventional methods I hope to write a blog post about soon.
