Do You Even Read, Bro? 5/11/15

Welcome to another week and a belated Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mom’s out there.  Especially to Stephanie, my amazing wife and mother to my son.

Summer has finally come which means sprint workouts in the hot sun at the track (and working on the tan!).   Also the local fruit market has opened up right down the road from us (closed for some remodeling) so I have been enjoying some fresh fruits and veggies with my meals.  I truly believe nothing tastes better than fresh fruits and vegetables.  Throw some fresh veggies into some pasta, rice, fresh fruit into oatmeal, cereal, and you have a bland boring meal turn into absolute amazingness.  Check out and follow me on Instagram for some of my meals that I have been eating.  I am using Instagram a little more these days.  (@fultontrainingsystems)

I have also really burned away the little flub I accumulated over the winter months by getting more rolling in through out the week with jiu jitsu, doing more compounds, complexes, and circuits in the weight room, and rowing away on the row machine at the gym.  I have the beach in a month so going the extra mile to hit my goal.
