Do You Even Read Bro? 4/27/15

Another weekend in the books and another week to get back into the grind of things.  The grind is where we put the work in so we can enjoy the down time that much more, not only in life, but in your training.  When you schedule out an hour to do your workout, that should be your only focus.  Do what needs to be done, then enjoy the down time, rest, eat, and get yourself ready to go at it again.  That is where results get made.
