Do You Even Read, Bro? 4/16/16

It’s been a while since I have done a Do You Even Read, Bro? post.  I felt like I was not keeping up with my own writing enough and these types of posts were just filling up my blog feed.  Now that I am getting some of my own material out consistently and I got some feedback on it, I’ll start posting them again. They are easy to put together since I read fitness articles all week so I just create it as the week goes on.  I really liked all of these articles and have added a few new exercises to my own training from them.
