Do You Even Read, Bro? 3/9/15

Warm weather is on the way! Oh how I can not wait for spring, doing more things outside and enjoying the sunshine.  I REALLY need to move and live at the beach.  I have been nailing down my nutrition, getting the wife focused as well.  Workouts in the gym are making progress and I am feeling pretty darn good!

I have been doing a lot of reading on habit change.   I am reading and finishing up Switch by Chip and Dan Heath.  When you want different results, you must take different actions.  Easier said than done, but it is possible!

There is no better feeling than setting a goal and accomplishing it.  It builds confidence, strength, and motivation towards your next goal.

6 TIPS FOR ADJUSTING TO EXERCISE IN THE MORNING – ERIC CRESSEY   If you do not exercise in the morning, you know you wish you did!  Exercising in the morning is the best way to start your day and boost productivity.  Also, helps you sleep better at night in my opinion, because you are ready to fall asleep when you hit the pillow.
