Do You Even Read, Bro? 2/23/15

I hope everyone had a great weekend and that you are ready to get this week started off and running.  We are still dealing with subzero temps and snow here in Pittsburgh, as is most of the north eastern U.S. , so been needing to move to stay warm.  It’s almost March, warm weather is on the way (at least I keep telling myself).  I have been doing a ton of research and trying new things in the gym and can not wait to get some stuff blogged and out to you guys.  Until then, here is this week’s edition of Do You Even Read, Bro? Face it when we want something, we want it NOW! (or even yesterday).  Fat loss does not happen over night, but following the right path, or principles, will help speed up the process.  Eric Bach is really pumping out some great info and I always enjoy reading it.

Oh, the dilemma, you want to get huge, but also do not want a cardiovascular system of a 90 year old.  What do you do?  You find the training that will do just that.  Slow and steady on the treadmill for an hour is not your answer, but these muscle building routines are.

Genetics does play a role when trying to build a muscular body.  The "hardgainer" label gets thrown around easily.  If you don't make "gains" quickly, then you get dumped into the hardgainer pit of doom.  Or maybe you just need to go about things a little differently.
