Do You Even Read, Bro? 1/26/15

Here we go again! Another week to look forward to .  Another week to crush some goals.  The wife and I have used this past weekend to take a step back and start putting a little more effort into our fitness and healthy eating.  Having a soon to be 2 year old, definitely changes things. (especially when they decide that sleeping at night is overrated, totally throws your schedule off).  So we have been a little thrown off course the past few weeks.  House cleaned, grocery shopping done, and even some workouts in during the weekend has us getting back into a routine, and it feels good.  For those going through the same thing, you can always get back on track.  Life always throws curveballs and we just have to adjust.  So the only perfect time to start is now, do not wait for everything to just fall in place.  I even have a new workout partner this week, my brother-in-law, so excited about that.  What obstacles are you dealing with?  How can you begin to tackle at least one of them this week?
