Do You Even Read, Bro? 12/6/15

Good Sunday morning to everyone once again!  I must admit that this time of year is my favorite time because I have the new year in mind and I am a “planner” so I start to getting everything together and ready for January.  This means my financial budget, taxes for the coming year, my workouts prepared and ready to go, and what goals in all aspects of life I want to work towards.

It gets me fired up!

I hope you are like me and it gets you fired up too.  I believe it is a great way to start tackling a new year right from the get go rather than realizing it is here and you have no idea what to do yet.


With that in mind, you should have received an email this past week about my FTS Crew Membership plan.  It is a monthly workout that will be progressing as you continue through each month. It doesn’t matter when you join, you can just jump right in with everyone else and getting them gainz as we all work together.

I will provide the program, delivered to your own Trainerize account (included in membership) and by downloading the Trainerize app you can have the convenience of taking your workouts where ever you go, especially the gym!

I want to focus on making your body an incredible performance machine while looking like a sexy mofo that will have everyone taking notice.  There is limited email support, meaning just ask all your questions one time a week, so I am not bogged down in emails everyday.  Conditioning, mobilization, and stability work is also included in the program.  Oh, and join the private Facebook group to meet other members!  Accountability and help from others is critical for sticking and progressing through a fitness plan.
