Do You Even Read, Bro? 12/27/15

Good Sunday morning all!

I hope you all have had a great couple of days with your family and friends.  As you spend today recovering and getting yourself ready for a new week, sit down, relax and enjoy a few articles that I picked out for you this short and busy week.

I have been dealing with some lower back pain this past week and in my search to learn some fixes and tips to help it out, I came across a few new websites that I really got a lot of information from and a few articles to give some specific things to work on.  I am feeling better slowly but surely and plan on being back at full force as soon as possible.

Even if you are not having any kind of lower back issues, keeping yourself mobile will be the best way to prevent it from happening in the future.  Never take soft tissue, mobility and stretching lightly, it will get you eventually.
