Do You Even Read, Bro? 11/15/15

Good morning and welcome to this week’s edition of Do You Even Read, Bro?  I have some great articles that really have fallen in line with not only my training but for my clients as well.  I have been working on my cleans, snatches, and jerks the past few weeks and I am really enjoying it.  My shoulders have never been so consistently sore, but I can definitely feel that I am getting stronger.  Along with some other aspects of my training I would like to see improve, these articles will definitely help.
