Do You Even Read, Bro? 11/15/15

Good morning and welcome to this week’s edition of Do You Even Read, Bro?  I have some great articles that really have fallen in line with not only my training but for my clients as well.  I have been working on my cleans, snatches, and jerks the past few weeks and I am really enjoying it.  My shoulders have never been so consistently sore, but I can definitely feel that I am getting stronger.  Along with some other aspects of my training I would like to see improve, these articles will definitely help.

The holiday season is quickly approaching and in order to keep your training goals in tact and progressing you may need additional accountability and guidance. I have partnered with Trainerize to bring a more organized and structured on-line training to you.  Whether you want one-on-one training working closely with me or just a new workout delivered to your account monthly you are sure to get results.  Check out the online programs, choose which one is best for your needs and get started today!  Learn more….
