Do You Even Read, Bro? 1/11/15

Wow! Almost two weeks into the new year already, only 50 more to go!  So how are all of the new year resolutions coming along.  If you are a part of the 92% that have or are starting to fall off the wagon, these couple of articles may help.  Change is hard, and needs to be taken in small steps for success. (why resolutions don’t lead to success!!!)  You try to change to much all at once.

If you want success, patience is imperative.  We live in a fast paced world and want instant results.  Did you know that the first few weeks of an exercise program is creating more of a neurological effect, “reconnecting” all the circuits that have not been used and turned “off” (not literally, but need a better stronger mind/body connection).  So results are being made, internally, the physical change that we see in the mirror may take a little longer.
