Happy Sunday Morning to you all.  I just scarfed down a stack of About Time Protein Pancakes and I am stuffed!  If you need a great protein source for breakfast and getting sick of eggs, give it a try. ( )


I normally spend my Sunday’s getting ready for the coming week.  It is relaxing, yet productive for me and helps me enjoy the day much better.  I do laundry, meal prep, and get my schedule squared away so I know what I am doing from the start.  But before I do all of that I sit down and read this week’s edition of Do You Even Read, Bro?  Enjoy!
