Do You Even Read, Bro? 10/4/15

What a week!  A historical and rare sight happened this week with the Super Blood Moon which looked fantastic (I fell asleep but all the pictures of it look great!)  As much as I love astronomy and the wonders of space, I can never seem to pull myself out at night to gaze up into the sky and check out them out.  I really find that stuff incredible but I guess I find sleep more incredible.  Oh well there is alway 2033.  Maybe I’ll work on changing that.

In other news, October is here, along with pumpkin spice coffees, beer, and anything else they can create with pumpkin it, but more importantly the MLB playoffs.

My Pirates are back into the post season for the third year in a row and at the time of writing this post, will be playing the wild card game.  So very excited for that and who knows maybe they will pull it off and win the division.  By the time you read this we will know the answer.

Sadly, summer is officially over and we will all be throwing our swim trunks into the bottom of the dresser drawer to not be thought of again until around April.  My suggestion is to be proactive this coming winter.  Instead of making another New Year’s Resolution of getting into the gym and getting that body you want in 2016, start working on it now.  Get a running start into the New Year.  When you see all the New Year Resolutioners, in January, you will be happy that you have three months under your belt and already seeing results.  WHY WAIT?!?!?

TWO BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS…

I plan on getting an 8 week Muscle Building program out in the next few weeks.  So if you need a program keep it in mind.  It will be a great way to get your butt in gear and start making progress.

Also, I have been working on a Membership Section on the website that will contain a ton of information and monthly workouts for you to follow as well.  The membership will definitely be of great value for the price and I plan on continuing to add more stuff to it every month, so the library will keep growing larger the longer you are a member.

I know they both will help you with your goals and I am very excited to get them finished and launched.

I will be looking for three serious and dedicated volunteers to test out the membership program to get feedback and workout any “bugs” that come up before releasing it.  If you are interested email me at kevin@fultontrainingsystems.com telling me why you would be a good “tester” for the program .  Serious individuals only, I will need communication and feedback from you and a testimonial/ before and after pics when finished.
