Bring Out The Big Guns…

Real Quick post today that you can try out during your next Bro session.

Add this to your bicep routine or just do a few sets at the end of your workout.

The use of the kettlebell will help build incredible great strength while giving you that pump in your biceps.

 

 

*Notice in the video how I set my shoulders back and stabilize throughout the movement.  Do not get a lot (if any) shoulder swing in the movement.
