1-Arm Overhead Kettlebell Press

An alternative for dumbbell overhead presses is the 1-arm overhead kettlebell press. By having the bell above, it will challenge the shoulder stabilizers and forearm muscles to control weight more than a regular dumbbell where the weight is in your hand. Also by doing the exercises with one arm you will challenge the whole lateral side to stablize as well. A few more tips, keep elbow out at a small angle, slow and controlled as you lower the weight to challenge the lats, pelvis in neutral, and squeeze the glutes.
